Divine Mercy

Be apostles of Divine Mercy

Known as the Apostle of Divine Mercy, Sister Maria Faustina (1905-1938) who was practically unknown even to her sisters in the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Warsaw, was commissioned by Jesus to spread the message of His Divine Mercy to the world. We are called to remember God’s infinite mercy for everyone, even to the greatest sinner. We are called to trust in Him with a spirit of childlike confidence and the love of neighbour. We are called to be apostles of divine mercy, conveying the devotion to the Divine Mercy and leading people to a renewal of Christian life. “Help me, O Lord, that my eyes…my ears…my tongue…my hands…my feet…my heart may be merciful….” (St. Faustina’s Prayer to be Merciful)
